Artists - General Information

Booth Setup and Check-in

  • Unloading of trailers and setup of booth(s) can be done on Friday before the fair after 7:30 p.m.
  • Artists must check-in and register at the Art Fair tent in front of the BMO Harris bank before 9 am Saturday.
  • Artists can alternatively register early at the Art Fair tent in front of the BMO Harris bank on Friday night starting at 6:30 - 7:30 pm.

Booth Sitting

  • If you need to leave your booth during the fair, we have "hostesses" that can watch your booth. Hostesses and hosts, provide information to fair attendees as well as helping artists who need a momentary break.
  • Please limit your time to 15 minutes, as there are other artists who may have a similar request.

Garbage

  • Trash bags will be provided and may be deposited in the dumpster behind St. John’s school on the corner of N. Washington and Monroe streets. DO NOT PUT YOUR TRASH IN THE RECEPTACLES ON THE STREET; these are for the use of fairgoers.

Electricity

  • Electricity will not be provided.

Wi-Fi

  • The Spring Green Art Fair committee has set up Wi-Fi for artists only. Password will be obtained from registration desk. US-Cellular, AT&T and Verizon have the best reception in the area.

Sales taxes

  • We are located in Sauk County, which has state and local sales taxes at 5.5 percent.

Proof of Insurance
